All dates are booked on
a first-come first-serve basis. I book events up to 12 months in advance. For a
date to be reserved, you must submit a signed booking form with a
non-refundable deposit, and sign a performance request contract. No dates
will be reserved for a private client who submits an informal contact.

After receiving your inquiry, I’ll contact you to determine your needs and quote you on a service. You can use the data on the rates page to estimate the cost of hiring me for your event. Please keep in mind that fees are highly individual and vary based on the type and location of each event, so it is best to request a personalized quote from me.
A booking request form and performance contract will be e-mailed to you. Print and return your contract along with a $75 deposit to reserve your date. Your date is held for 21 days after the initial contact. If the booking form is not received by then, your time may be given out to someone else.
I’ll schedule a consultation date with you within 60 days of your wedding date to discuss the music and setup for your event. If I’m hired for background music, however, I’ll most often choose the music selections. Time of performance, breaks and any other issues should be discussed before the event. After the initial consultation, I’m available through either phone or e-mail, as many times as you need, to wrap up any details.
Once the the contract and planning stages are complete, all you need is to sit back and relax. I’ll arrive at your special date ready to provide beautiful music for you and your guests.
